Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kapital Punishment!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Uffe Revben!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Revben looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Revben throws a sloppy head kick and Punishment moves out of range easily.
Punishment shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Revben napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Punishment is working to tighten is grip on Revben's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Revben has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Punishment is really squeezing tight and eventually Revben passes out! Punishment breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Kapital Punishment!
