Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Goran Simunic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Blaine Bundy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, John Roberts and Alyssa Summers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simunic lands a head shot.
Simunic misses with a looping right.
Simunic tries to clinch but Bundy moves out of range.
Simunic pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bundy throws a body kick that misses.
Bundy shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Simunic tries to clinch but Bundy moves out of range.

Bundy shoots in and bounces Simunic off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Simunic wants to stand and escape but Bundy is having none of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bundy throws a big right hand that misses.

Bundy looking to sit in guard and control but Simunic gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Bundy lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Simunic!

Bundy is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Simunic can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Simunic is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

Bundy jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Simunic is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Simunic and Bundy has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Simunic is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Bundy is controlling him well.

Simunic takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Simunic wants to get back to his feet but Bundy drags him back down.
Simunic is breathing heavily.
Bundy is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Simunic's shoulder. That is not cool.

Bundy wants to lay and pray for a moment but Simunic keeps working.

Bundy wants to control but Simunic is keeping him busy.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Simunic is pushing Bundy's head away, looking to escape. Bundy manages to hold on to the position though.

Bundy is working to tighten is grip on Simunic's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Simunic has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Bundy is really squeezing tight and eventually Simunic passes out! Bundy breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
