The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McPeak shoots in but no luck this time.
McPeak looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from McPeak is defended easily by Morozov.
McPeak moves in looking to clinch but Morozov pushes him off.
McPeak tries to clinch up but Morozov circles away and keeps his distance.
McPeak tries to close the distance and clinch but Morozov swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Sammy McPeak seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McPeak has a takedown stuffed.
Kolya Morozov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sammy McPeak.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McPeak throws a right and a left that Morozov avoids nicely.

McPeak is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
