Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Donny Devito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ramon Placido (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Placido has chosen DMX Ft Tupac - Bad Guys as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Paul Aken and Paulsen Ambrosius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Placido swats away the attempt to clinch by Devito.
Placido fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Devito manages to avoid it.
The fighters circle momentarily. Placido darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Placido connects with a single shot there.
Devito fails with an attempt to clinch.
Devito tries for a takedown but Placido sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Ramon Placido seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Placido with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Devito looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Placido is fending him off so far but Devito persists. Nope, Placido circles away and we're back to standing.
Placido rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Devito moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Devito shoots in looking for a takedown. Placido tries to sprawl out of it but Devito keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Placido manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Donny Devito. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Placido cracks Devito with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Placido fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Devito shoots for a double leg takedown but Placido sprawls well. He's pushed Devito's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Devito is breathing heavily.
Placido scores with a hook to the body. Devito takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Placido throws a good cross that connects.
Devito doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Placido lunges at Devito with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Devito's hand.

Devito is rocked!
Devito drops his hands momentarily. Placido doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Devito staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Devito doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
