Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Adam Murth!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shigeki Fujiwara and Shigeki Sano.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bjorksen throws the left hand but Murth avoids the punch easily.
Murth displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Bjorksen throws out the jab.

so Murth counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Murth wants to control from the top but Bjorksen keeps moving.
Murth stops Bjorksen from standing up.

Murth drops back, looking for a kneebar! Bjorksen looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Bjorksen looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Bjorksen!

Murth is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Murth is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Bjorksen's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

It looks like Adam Murth has been cut.

Bjorksen misses with a hook to the body
letting Murth counter with a right hand.
Sven Bjorksen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bjorksen lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Murth circles away quickly and effectively.
Bjorksen throws a lazy right hand but Murth sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Bjorksen throws a right and a left that Murth avoids nicely.
Bjorksen moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Murth uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bjorksen.
Bjorksen throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Murth counters with a stiff right hand.
Murth changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bjorksen tries to avoid it but Murth manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bjorksen to the ground. Bjorksen escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Sven Bjorksen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adam Murth.
Bjorksen throws the left hand but Murth avoids the punch easily.
Murth punishes Bjorksen's body with a nice straight punch.
Bjorksen gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Murth.
Bjorksen misses with an uppercut.
Bjorksen throws a hook but Murth blocks it.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Murth.
Murth moves forwards but Bjorksen connects with a nice, crisp jab.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Bjorksen looks to land a combination. Murth sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bjorksen misses with a telegraphed body shot

and Murth counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Murth is looking to advance position but Bjorksen won't allow it.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Murth works his way into full mount!
Murth wants to control the pace but Bjorksen is squirming around nicely.
Murth is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Bjorksen is wriggling around trying to escape.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sven Bjorksen dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Adam Murth's cut.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the ring so we can get back down to business.

Murth swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Bjorksen counters with a nice body shot.
Murth scores with a hook.
Bjorksen throws a series of strikes that have Murth backpedaling.
Bjorksen digs a good body shot into Murth's ribs.
Bjorksen misses with a wild combination.
Murth uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Bjorksen.
Bjorksen lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Murth falls backwards - clearly groggy! Bjorksen dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sven Bjorksen!
