Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Galt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Miglis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Galt might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to State of the Union. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, George Miglis!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miglis is looking to clinch but Galt is avoiding it.
Galt closes this distance looking for a takedown but Miglis circles away.

Galt shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Miglis sprawls well. Miglis wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Galt gets slowly back to his feet.

Miglis trying to control the position but instead, Galt has worked for underhooks and has pushed Miglis into the cage.
Miglis keeps control of Galt as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Galt has Miglis pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Miglis manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Galt has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Miglis is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Galt.

Galt tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.

Miglis has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Galt is in real trouble here. Miglis gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Galt is tapping out! Miglis wins by rear naked choke!
