The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Zizou's corner calls for a 1-2. Zizou obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

It looks like American Saint has been cut.
Zizou misses with a hook. Saint ducked under it nicely.

Saint gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Saint avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Saint uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Zizou.

A punch lands to the side of Saint 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Saint takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Zizou throws an overhand right that lands on Saint's shoulder, as Saint tries to avoid the shot.
Zizou closes this distance looking for a takedown but Saint circles away.
Zizou throws a right hand that Saint ducks under and follows up with a left that Saint also avoids with ease.
Zizou slips under a jab from Saint.
The fighters circling - Saint throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Zizou throws a hook but Saint blocks it.
Zizou will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Saint displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Zizou throws out the jab.

Zizou bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Saint's head backwards.
Zizou shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Zizou misses the shot to the body.
Zizou tries to bum rush Saint with a series of wild strikes but Saint uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Zizou scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Zizou ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Saint moves away.
Zizou throws a body punch but Saint moves out of range.
Saint moves out of range as Zizou strikes.
Zizou cracks a nice hook into Saint's ribs.

Zizou scores with the left hand. Saint knows he should have avoided that one.
A swing and a miss from Zizou.
Zizou throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Zizou throws a shot from downtown. Saint moves away and avoids it.
Zizou throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Zizou misses with a wild body shot.
Zizou misses with a takedown attempt - Saint sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Henri Zizou. That's going to take a lot out of him.

American Saint's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at American Saint's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
