Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between dr pepper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yodfang Kratingdaeng (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kratingdaeng lands a glancing blow to the side of pepper's head.

It looks like dr pepper has been cut.
Kratingdaeng throws a big shot that misses.
pepper throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kratingdaeng's waist but Kratingdaeng gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing pepper off to one side.
Kratingdaeng tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Kratingdaeng slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A jab lands there for Kratingdaeng.
No luck with that takedown attempt from pepper.
Kratingdaeng leaves pepper with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Kratingdaeng steps into range and cracks pepper with a monster punch that buckles his knees! pepper flops backwards and Kratingdaeng dives into his guard looking to finish!

Kratingdaeng should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Kratingdaeng is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

Kratingdaeng throws a looping overhand right but pepper ducks down to avoid it.

pepper moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kratingdaeng is looking to stand up but pepper won't let him.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

pepper drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Kratingdaeng catches pepper with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Kratingdaeng goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Kratingdaeng cracks pepper with an open hand slap.
pepper takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Kratingdaeng might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
pepper shoots in for a double leg but Kratingdaeng sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Kratingdaeng moves in looking to clinch but pepper pushes him off.
Yodfang Kratingdaeng seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

pepper takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for pepper. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

pepper fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Kratingdaeng sprawls well initially but pepper persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

pepper has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

pepper is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Kratingdaeng is trying to get back to his feet but can't.
pepper fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
pepper throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.

pepper throws some wild stikes that Kratingdaeng manages to avoid easily.
Kratingdaeng is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Kratingdaeng really wants to buck pepper off and get back to his feet.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Kratingdaeng is bucking up trying to escape but pepper cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Nice uppercut lands for Kratingdaeng. That snapped pepper's head back.

dr pepper's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kratingdaeng lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - pepper can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Kratingdaeng and pepper drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Kratingdaeng.
