Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Forrest Slice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lyzekel Rage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lyzekel Rage will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Forrest Slice!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Lyzekel Rage!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Ian Loll and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rage is looking to clinch.
Rage tries to clinch up but Slice circles away and keeps his distance.
Slice pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Slice ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rage moves away.
Slice throws a hook to the side of Rage's head but Rage sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Slice swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Slice avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Slice throws out a loose jab but Rage uses good head movement to avoid it.
Rage throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Slice swats away the attempt to clinch by Rage.
Rage throws a sloppy head kick and Slice moves out of range easily.
Slice throws a jab but it's blocked by Rage.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Rage shoots in for a double leg but Slice sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Rage wants to clinch.
Slice swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Rage misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
A lazy left from Slice finds it's target.
Slice scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Forrest Slice is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Rage tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Slice paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Slice avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Slice is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Rage's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
A decent looking cross lands there for Slice.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Rage fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Slice fails to land with a series of punches.
Rage fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Forrest Slice has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lyzekel Rage.
Rage avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Forrest Slice dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Rage swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Slice counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Rage darts in trying to clinch
and Slice counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.
