The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Travik pushes Campo Santo off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Travik shoots in and drives through. Campo Santo sprawls well.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Travik shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Travik drives through and clinches with Campo Santo against the cage.
Travik tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Campo Santo smiles and moves away.

Campo Santo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Travik. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Travik works his foot free and advances to mount.
Campo Santo is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Travik takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Travik tries to control but Campo Santo wriggling away.

Travik is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Campo Santo to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Campo Santo shrugs it off.
Travik wants to control the pace but Campo Santo is squirming around nicely.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Travik here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
Travik cracks Campo Santo with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

The cut above Evandro Campo Santo's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Evandro Campo Santo's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
