Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Martin Fallon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Super Sonic!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yukihiro Shimada and Ren Mimura.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fallon tries to clinch up but Sonic circles away and keeps his distance.
Sonic doesn't manage to clinch there - Fallon circles away.

Fallon instigates a clinch.

Sonic has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Fallon uses from the top position.
Fallon lands a couple of digs.
Fallon trying to control but Sonic is working from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fallon is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Sonic is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Fallon tries to clinch up
and Sonic counters with a lovely shot to the body.

Sonic shoots in but Fallon avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Fallon moves into the clinch.
Sonic can't get the takedown.
Sonic tries to pull guard but Fallon won't allow it.
Martin Fallon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Super Sonic.
Sonic is working for takedown but Fallon is calmly controlling the position for now.
Sonic tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Fallon lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Sonic tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Fallon smiles and moves away.

Fallon takes the fight into the clinch.
Sonic fails to pull guard.
Fallon creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Sonic takes an elbow to the forehead.

It looks like Super Sonic has been cut.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fallon connects with a nasty looking knee right to Sonic's face.
Sonic wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Sonic tries to pull guard but Fallon holds him up against the cage and eventually Sonic drops back down to his feet.
Fallon trying to stall but Sonic improves his position.
Fallon tries a knee to the head but Sonic blocks it.
Sonic looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Sonic is working Fallon over against the cage.
Fallon pushes off an throws an elbow but Sonic leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Sonic blocks an elbow strike from Fallon.
Fallon with a knee to the head.
Fallon working the clinch nicely. Sonic is working for position but Fallon cracks him with a big knee to the head! Sonic crumples up against the cage and Fallon lands two more shots before the ref can save Sonic! This one is all over!
