Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lester shinault (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dominik Rys (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). shinault has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

shinault shoots in but Rys avoids the takedown attempt easily.
shinault is breathing heavily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Rys looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Rys throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
shinault blocks a head kick by Rys.
Rys misses with a body kick.
Rys tries a head kick but it misses.
Rys misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Rys lands a big head kick that sends shinault tumbling to the mat! Rys takes a step backwards and waves shinault back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Rys lands with a nice body kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Rys throws an absolute beast of a head kick! shinault is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
