Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Benson Hamaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diego Zeke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Thiago Cunha and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hamaka feints and as Zeke raises his hands in defense, Hamaka changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Zeke being controlled here, momentarily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hamaka stands up and waves to Zeke to follow him.
Zeke with a poor takedown
and Hamaka counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Hamaka is looking to work some ground and pound but Zeke has wrist control.
Zeke is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Zeke looking for a sweep. Not yet Zeke, not yet.
Zeke can't keep his opponent in guard - Hamaka advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Zeke won't allow Hamaka to pass to mount.

Hamaka slips a nice elbow through Zeke's hands, connecting with Zeke's forehead.
Hamaka working over Zeke with some ground and pound. Zeke looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.

Hamaka decides to stand up.
Hamaka uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Zeke.
Zeke falls off balance throwing a combination
and Hamaka counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Hamaka won't allow Zeke to get back to his feet.

Hamaka wants to control from the top but Zeke keeps moving.
Zeke wants to control but Hamaka passes easily into half guard.
Hamaka stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Zeke to get to his feet.
Zeke swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Hamaka counters by moving into the clinch.
A knee to the head by Hamaka.
Hamaka is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hamaka lands an elbow that stopped Zeke in his tracks for a moment.
Zeke takes a knee right on the jaw!
Zeke takes an elbow to the forehead.
Hamaka lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Hamaka lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Zeke backwards.

Zeke is rocked!

Zeke is still on wobbly legs! Can Hamaka finish him?
Hamaka lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Hamaka creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Zeke's defenses.
Hamaka lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Hamaka lands an elbow just above Zeke 's eye.
Zeke takes an elbow to the forehead.
Hamaka pulls back and lands a big elbow that stuns Zeke! Hamaka unloads with more strikes and Zeke sinks to his knees! This one is all over!
