The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Mike as Angelo shoots in.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Mike lands a nice hook to Angelo's body. Angelo takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Mike moves into range and connects with a jab.
Angelo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Mike as he jumps to the side.
Angelo tries for a takedown but Mike sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mike Angelo. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Angelo shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Mike defends it nicely.
Mike looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Mike paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Angelo tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mike swivels and escapes.
Angelo is breathing heavily.
Angelo takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Mike scores with a shot to the body.

Mike scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Angelo has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Mike jabs at Angelo's body.
Angelo gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Mike.
Mike connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Angelo's hands.
Mike wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Mike connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Angelo! He's out on his feet! Mike rushes in and drops Angelo with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
