The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gaselovic clinches up with Roman and pushes him back against the ropes.
Roman looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Gaselovic looking for a takedown.

Gaselovic is trying to trip Roman. He has hold of a leg but Roman is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Gaselovic persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Gaselovic lands a couple of digs.
Gaselovic keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Roman's head.
Gaselovic with a nice head shot there.
Gaselovic working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Roman trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
Gaselovic scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

Roman working for submissions but it's allowed Gaselovic to get to half guard.
Gaselovic lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Roman has hold of Gaselovic's hands but Gaselovic slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Gaselovic takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Gaselovic working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Roman is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Gaselovic scores with a couple of nice shots.

Roman is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Gaselovic pulls his head out easily.
Gaselovic is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

Roman should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Roman wants to improve his position but Gaselovic is controlling well.

Gaselovic takes advantage of some sloppy striking from Roman to pass into mount.

Roman tries to improve his position but Gaselovic has taken his back! Gaselovic has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Roman tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Gaselovic pushes Roman away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
