Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Akamu Pukui (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dick Tracey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tracey shoots in and bounces Pukui off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Tracey looking to sit in guard and control but Pukui gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Pukui wants to stand but Tracey has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Pukui drops back looking for a leg! Tracey is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Tracey manages to kick Pukui off! Pukui jumps back into Tracey's guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Pukui wanted to stand there but Tracey had control of the position.

Pukui stands up and waves to Tracey to follow him.
Pukui throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Tracey closes the distance and clinches up with Pukui, looking for a takedown. Tracey pushes Pukui against the cage but Pukui circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Tracey drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Pukui gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Tracey is trying to break free.

Pukui has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Tracey looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Pukui stops a takedown attempt from Tracey.

Pukui pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Pukui thuds his shin into the meat of Tracey's side.
Akamu Pukui is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Pukui lands a head kick. Tracey smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Tracey shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Pukui napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Pukui regains half guard there - taking advantage of Tracey's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. And we move into the final round!

Pukui bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Pukui wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tracey keeps working.

Pukui pulls Tracey in close to prevent any damage.
Tracey is looking to stand up but Pukui won't let him.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Pukui, right into the meat.
Pukui doesn't manage to clinch there - Tracey circles away.

Tracey shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Pukui counters with a thumping low kick.

Pukui moves into the clinch.

Pukui escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Pukui moves into range and lands a nice body kick.

Pukui closes the distance and clinches.
Pukui is trying to break the clinch but Tracey has him pressed against the cage.

And that's the end of the fight!
Akamu Pukui showed his dominance in that final round.
