The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morris keeps the fight on the outside.
Magas swats away the attempt to clinch by Morris.
Magas looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Morris keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Magas misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Magas lands a two punch combo.
Magas throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Magas misses with a jab, cross combination.
Morris jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Magas tries to clinch up.
Mike Magas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Morris slaps away a takedown attempt from Magas, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Sammy Morris has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Magas.

Magas throws a left and a right that both miss
and Morris counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Magas shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Morris's guard.

Magas decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Morris, up you get!

Morris ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Magas moves away.

Magas keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Morris throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Morris seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Magas is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
