Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Skader (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Beer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Andrew Skader has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Daniel Beer!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Colin Fotheringham and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skader throws a head kick that misses.
Skader throws a head kick that half lands.
Skader walks forward, straight into a front kick from Beer.
Skader really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Beer takes a swing at Skader's ribcage but misses.

Beer shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Beer was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Skader's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Skader wants to try and get back to his feet.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Beer won't let Skader get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

That's time! Skader's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Skader lands a head kick. Beer smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Beer closes this distance looking for a takedown but Skader circles away.
Skader plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Skader tries to clinch there but Beer circles away.

and Beer counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Beer takes an elbow to the temple.
Skader is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Skader has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Skader's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Beer drops down looking for an ankle pick but Skader pulls his leg out and moves away.

Skader throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Beer shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Skader defends it nicely.
Andrew Skader has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Daniel Beer.

Beer content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
Skader is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Beer has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Beer changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Skader tries to avoid it but Beer manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Skader to the ground. Skader escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Skader wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Daniel Beer comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Beer winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
