And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Albert Achterberg and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nagasaki throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Janssen was covering up waiting for the punch and Nagasaki finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Janssen is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Nagasaki is aware though and is defending well.
Janssen looking for a sweep. Not yet Janssen, not yet.
Janssen has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Nagasaki can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Nagasaki wants to control from the top but Janssen keeps moving.

Janssen has his foot on Nagasaki's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Nagasaki works his way back into a safe position though.
Nagasaki is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Nagasaki gets caught flat footed, as Janssen shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Nagasaki wants to sweep but no luck.

Nagasaki working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Janssen doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Janssen manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Janssen with a flurry of punches that miss.
Nagasaki looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Janssen stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Nagasaki swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Janssen is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Nagasaki is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Janssen frees his head nicely. Oh but Nagasaki has switched to an armbar! Janssen is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
