Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ricardo Bozo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Alcano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alcano is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Three Stars & A Sun. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jose Alcano!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Mauricio Rocha and Matheus Silva.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alcano avoids the body shot from Bozo.
Bozo throws a hook to the side of Alcano's head but Alcano sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Bozo swings for the body but Alcano moves out of range.

Alcano closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Alcano lands in his opponent's guard.

Bozo wants to stand but Alcano is controlling the position.
Alcano stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bozo swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Alcano postures up and lands a big shot to Bozo's brow.

Bozo looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Alcano passes into side control.

Bozo takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Bozo manages to work his way to half guard, despite Alcano's best efforts.

Alcano is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Bozo sees it coming and defends easily.

Bozo makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Bozo.

Alcano drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Alcano seems to have locked his on tight now - Bozo screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Alcano, as he picks up the win!
