The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chee throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Nowak.

Nowak is pressed up against the ropes. Chee has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Nowak down to the mat. Nowak avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Nowak is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Chee had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Nowak throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
