Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cain Marko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leopold Kalou (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marko comes to the cage accompanied by Holocausto. Kalou is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Beethoven - Symphony nº 9. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kalou got a little sloppy there for a moment and Marko has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kalou has managed to get both his arms back between Marko's legs - danger averted.

Marko can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Kalou controls the pace.

Leopold Kalou dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Kalou looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Marko is staying active underneath Kalou, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Despite being in the dominant position, Leopold Kalou just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Marko gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Kalou is sitting in close to Marko's body. Marko has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Kalou is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Kalou is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Marko.
