Overeem stuns Shavnetski with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Shavnetski misses with a jab, cross combination.
Overeem lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Shavnetski fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Shavnetski swats away the attempt to clinch by Overeem.
Overeem wants to clinch up but Shavnetski keeps it at a distance.
Vitus Shavnetski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Overeem scores with a push kick.
Shavnetski is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Overeem bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Shavnetski's head.
An inside leg kick lands from Overeem.
Overeem falls off balance throwing a combination
and Shavnetski counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Shavnetski looks for a takedown but Overeem sprawls well.
Overeem punishes Shavnetski's body with a nice straight punch.
Overeem lands a body shot.
Overeem closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Shavnetski out cold! Shavnetski corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
