PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ash Simm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Friedrich Hayek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hayek has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Simm fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hayek sprawls well initially but Simm persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Simm is working for a rear naked choke. Hayek is not defending it well and Simm has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Hayek refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Hayek's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
