Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Magnecium Devecium (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jalen Reis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Magnecium Devecium!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jalen Reis!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Edson Gomes and Emerson Jorge.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Devecium shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Reis looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Devecium would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Reis has his foot on Devecium's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Devecium works his way back into a safe position though.

Devecium avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Devecium knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Reis on the ground.
Devecium trying to control but Reis is working from the bottom.
Devecium with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

Reis looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Devecium pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Reis is keeping the position for now.
Devecium is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Reis is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Devecium closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Reis to the mat! Reis manages to get full guard.

Devecium stands up from Reis's guard - Devecium perhaps looking for a knockout.

Devecium shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Reis's guard.
Devecium throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Reis works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Devecium wants to pass the guard but Reis is keeping the position.
Devecium really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Devecium tries to free his leg and advance position but Reis is retaining full guard.

Devecium stands and steps away. Reis gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

so Devecium counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Reis working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Devecium doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Devecium manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Reis is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Devecium rolls with it to try and escape but Reis cranks on the arm and Devecium is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
