Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Glass, Paul Tew and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pudzian shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Ignacio tries to reverse the position but Pudzian maintains control.

Ignacio had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Pudzian defends it easily.
Ignacio is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Pudzian really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Ignacio has a closed guard, preventing Pudzian from standing up.
Ignacio is working an open guard so Pudzian takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Pudzian gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Ignacio drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Ignacio jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Ignacio is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Pudzian is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Pudzian has escaped and now he's on top!

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Pudzian feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Ignacio working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Pudzian doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Pudzian manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Pudzian knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ignacio on the ground.
Pudzian wants to control from the top but Ignacio keeps moving.
Ignacio looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Pudzian has picked Ignacio up and slammed him! Ignacio can't keep hold of the triangle and Pudzian manages to pass to side control!

Pudzian connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Ignacio some visible discomfort.
