Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Henri Thibault (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Won Low (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Henri Thibault!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thibault fails in his attempt to clinch.
Thibault throws a head kick that misses.
Thibault walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Low misses with a double jab.
Low looks to clinch

and Thibault counters with a nice double leg into side control. Low won't be happy with that.
Thibault is looking to take a break and control but Low is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Thibault blocks the strikes from Low.
Thibault lands a few punches from side control.
Low manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Low tries to stand but can't do so whilst Thibault controls his leg.
Thibault is trying to maintain the position but Low is very close to passing his half guard.
Thibault wants to improve his position but Low is controlling well.

Low wants to pass the guard but Thibault is keeping the position.
Low stopping the sweep attempt from Thibault.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Low will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Low closes the distance but Thibault moves to the side
enabling Thibault to counter with a crisp jab.
Low fails with an attempt to clinch.
Low shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Thibault as he jumps to the side.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Low falls off balance throwing a combination

and Thibault counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Low is refusing to be controlled, as Thibault sits in half guard.
Thibault is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.
Low is trying to keep Thibault in close.
Thibault trying to control the position from guard on top but Low is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Low looking for a sweep. Not yet Low, not yet.
Thibault works a leg free and moves into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Low is looking to get back to full guard here but Thibault has managed to pass to side control instead.
Low looks gassed!
Thibault trying to control but Low is having none of it.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Poor strikes thrown by Thibault there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Low wants to try and get back to his feet.
Thibault controlling from the full mount.
Thibault looking to finish Low with some ground and pound. This is bad for Low!

Thibault sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Low tries to lock up and control but Thibault gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Low wants to try and get back to his feet.
Thibault takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Thibault cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Thibault working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Low is in all sorts of trouble here.

Thibault working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Low turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Thibault off and cradles Low's limp body as Thibault celebrates with his corner.
