PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Koo Kuhrimao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julio Chavez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Julio Chavez told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kuhrimao bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Kuhrimao working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
Kuhrimao tries to score with some ground and pound. Chavez controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Chavez is looking to regain half guard here but Kuhrimao keeps moving and retains side control.

Oh but Chavez is tightening it up a little... Kuhrimao has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Kuhrimao reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Kuhrimao taps out! nice BJJ there by Chavez!
