Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Damien Greenwich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mats Nilsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Wagner Zegers and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Greenwich plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
It looks like Mats Nilsson has been cut.
Nilsson shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Greenwich's guard.

Greenwich throws a nice looking combination but Nilsson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Horrible takedown by Nilsson or perhaps it was just good defense by Greenwich which made him look bad.

so Nilsson counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Nilsson is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Nilsson is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Greenwich is controlling him.

That was a close round but I would say that Damien Greenwich will probably get the nod.

and Greenwich counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
