He only made it down to 156.1lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

westcott gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
westcott has had enough of the clinch but Wallace keeps him there for the moment.
A body shot lands from westcott.
westcott misses with the head strike.
Wallace blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Wallace blocks an uppercut.

Wallace breaks the clinch.
westcott closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Wallace slips a jab and a cross from westcott.
westcott looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Wallace moves out of range as westcott throws a body kick.
westcott throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Wallace walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. westcott checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Wallace throws a nice outside leg kick.
Wallace bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Wallace tries to land a front kick but westcott steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
A head kick misses from westcott.
westcott looks gassed!
Wallace throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

westcott is rocked!
westcott fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
westcott is still on wobbly legs! Can Wallace finish him?
westcott looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Wallace misses with a head kick.
westcott seems to have recovered his senses.
Wallace avoids a punch combination nicely.

Wallace lands a left and a right that send westcott crashing to the mat, dazed. Wallace thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
