The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peters looks for a takedown but Morales sprawls well.
Peters takes one to the side of the head.
Peters shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Peters is working for a submission of some sort.
Morales wants to get back to his feet.
Peters looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Morales lands with a nice combination. Peters backs away looking to recover.
Morales punishes Peters's body with a nice straight punch.
Peters takes one on the button.
Peters looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Morales is fending him off so far but Peters persists. Nope, Morales circles away and we're back to standing.
Morales cracks Peters with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Morales leaves Peters with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Morales lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Peters is rocked!
Morales lands with a right and another and another! Peters is in big trouble! Morales lands again and this time it's lights out for Peters! A quality knockout there for Morales.
