The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Mauricio Rocha and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sultan drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Sultan cracks Jobber xXx with an elbow. That is naaassty.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Sultan takes a little break here. Jobber xXx wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Sultan is staying tight to Jobber xXx's torso, preventing him from escaping.
Sultan creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Jobber xXx sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Let's hope that Sultan has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Despite being in the dominant position, Santian Sultan just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Sultan is looking to clinch but Jobber xXx is avoiding it.
Sultan looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Jobber xXx!
Jobber xXx could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Sultan lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
