The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
J looks for a takedown but Moreira sprawls well.

Moreira takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

J gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Moreira to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Moreira is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Moreira stands up and waves to J to follow him.

Moreira clinches up with J and pushes him back against the cage.

J fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Moreira pulls guard successfully.
J wants to control from the top but Moreira keeps moving.

Moreira pushes J off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Moreira looks to land a combination. J sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!


Moreira lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Moreira.

and Moreira scores with a counter punch that sends J to the canvas! Moreira smells blood - he's punishing J with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! J has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
