The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Fedor Mirinova and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
An inside leg kick lands from Stevens.
A combination from Stevens does no damage.
Katainen moves into the clinch successfully.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Stevens just misses with a elbow thrown towards Katainen's brow.
Katainen wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Katainen wants to get back to striking at distance but Stevens won't allow it.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Stevens rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Katainen moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Stevens swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Jyrki Katainen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stevens thows a body shot but no joy.

Stevens connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Katainen lands a left and a right that send Stevens crashing to the mat, dazed. Katainen thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Jameer Stevens has been cut.
Stevens looks gassed!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Katainen drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Stevens right on the button. Stevens goes down! Katainen follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Katainen gets the win via TKO!
