The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hand darts in and clinches Johnson up against the cage.

Hand is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Johnson can't fight it off and eventually Hand manages to take the fight to the floor. Johnson looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Horrible takedown by Johnson or perhaps it was just good defense by Hand which made him look bad.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Dan Hand.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Hand, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
