Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jacob Obworth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gora Sammo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gora Sammo is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sammo blocks a jab.
Sammo misses with a kick to the body.

Sammo fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Obworth, pushing him back against the cage.

Good anti-grappling being displayed by Obworth as Sammo tries to tie him up.
Sammo works on Obworth's body with a couple of short punches.
Sammo tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Obworth avoids it.

Obworth uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Sammo has time to react.

Obworth dives in and grabs Sammo's left leg, looking for a takedown. Sammo pushes down on Obworth's head and hops out.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Sammo is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Obworth drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Sammo right on the button. Sammo goes down! Obworth follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Obworth gets the win via TKO!
