Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Newman Ferguson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mickey Rodriguez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ferguson's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, "Walk" by Pantera. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ferguson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Rodriguez's waist but Rodriguez gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ferguson off to one side.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
