Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zacharius Pendragon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nathan Drake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drake looks to land a combination but Pendragon avoids it well.
Pendragon is looking to clinch but Drake is avoiding it.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Pendragon is pressed up against the cage. Drake has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Pendragon down to the mat. Pendragon avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Drake has his foot on Pendragon's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Pendragon works his way back into a safe position though.

Pendragon throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Drake works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Drake is trying to control the position but Pendragon postures up.
Drake bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Pendragon's guard.
Drake stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Pendragon swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Drake drops back looking for a leg! Pendragon is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Pendragon manages to kick Drake off! Drake jumps back into Pendragon's guard.
Pendragon wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Drake manages to pass to side control.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Pendragon throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Drake was covering up waiting for the punch and Pendragon finishes the takedown easily into guard.
