MacKallister comes into the arena with Four Horsemen by Metallica blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Robert Douchet and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matthews swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Matthews jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Matthews scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
It looks like Shane MacKallister has been cut.
Matthews gets caught flat footed, as MacKallister shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Matthews pushes MacKallister off and scrambles back to his feet.
Matthews looks to land a right hand but MacKallister moved out of range.
Matthews misses with a looping left.
MacKallister fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
MacKallister shoots in for a double leg but Matthews sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
MacKallister tries to clinch up but Matthews circles away and keeps his distance.
MacKallister closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Matthews to the mat! Matthews manages to get full guard.
MacKallister knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Matthews on the ground.
MacKallister trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
MacKallister throwing strikes but missing.
MacKallister thows a big elbow that misses.
MacKallister with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Matthews looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
MacKallister throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Matthews works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round.
MacKallister loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as MacKallister accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Matthews looks to score with a jab to the body but MacKallister is just out of range.
Matthews throws a shot to the body.
Matthews connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt MacKallister! He's out on his feet! Matthews rushes in and drops MacKallister with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Hugh Matthews!
