Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dennis Reynolds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sizzle Snappe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reynolds's entrance music is Birds of War. A fine choice. The crowd seem to be enjoying Snappe's choice of entrance music: The Power. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Daniel Cesar and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reynolds lands a head kick. Snappe smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Snappe checks a leg kick.
Reynolds tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Reynolds keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
A head kick misses from Reynolds.
Snappe shoots in but no luck this time.
Snappe avoids the head kick by Reynolds.
Snappe will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Dennis Reynolds has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sizzle Snappe.

Snappe tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Reynolds swivels and escapes.
Reynolds does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

and Snappe counters with a slapping leg kick.
Snappe missing with a left hand there. Reynolds was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Snappe is looking to clinch but Reynolds is avoiding it.

Reynolds throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

so Snappe counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Reynolds not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Snappe trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Snappe drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Reynolds dives on top into guard.
Snappe had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Reynolds defends it easily.
Snappe working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Reynolds has passed into half guard!

Reynolds prevents Snappe from improving his position.
Snappe is looking to get back to full guard here but Reynolds has managed to pass to side control instead.
Reynolds gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
Reynolds moves into the clinch.
Reynolds misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Snappe.
Snappe drops down looking for an ankle pick but Reynolds pulls his leg out and moves away.
Reynolds moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Reynolds throws a half hearted mid kick.
Snappe misses with the body kick
and Reynolds counters with a slapping leg kick.
Reynolds throws a leg kick but Snappe checks it.
Reynolds avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Reynolds tries to clinch up
and Snappe counters with a straight right hand.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Snappe drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Reynolds dodges the ground and pound from Snappe.
Snappe tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Snappe has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Snappe creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Reynolds sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Snappe swings around for an armbar but Reynolds sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Snappe's guard.
Snappe is trying to control the position but Reynolds postures up.
Snappe is working an open guard so Reynolds takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Reynolds tries to work over Snappe's front leg with a kick but Snappe checks it.
Reynolds chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Snappe shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Reynolds as he avoids it easily.

Reynolds throws a leg kick which misses Snappe's front leg but catches the back leg as Snappe tries to avoid it.

Reynolds has closed the distance and engaged Snappe in a clinch.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Reynolds obliges.
Reynolds tries a knee to the head but Snappe blocks it.

Snappe jumps into guard, dragging Reynolds to the mat.
Reynolds has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Snappe to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Reynolds is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Snappe pulls down on the head and he's put Reynolds to sleep! This one is all over!
