PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Duke Malfoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smith has chosen Bad Company as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Duke Malfoy has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Duke Malfoy seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malfoy throws a series of punches but Smith moves out of range.

Smith changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Malfoy tries to avoid it but Smith manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Malfoy to the ground. Malfoy escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Smith shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Smith is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Malfoy is surviving well by controlling Smith's body position as best he can.
Smith is breathing heavily.
Smith is landing with some decent strikes but Malfoy is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
You get the feeling that Malfoy really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Smith cracks Malfoy with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Malfoy takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Smith cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Oh Malfoy is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Smith is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Malfoy can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Malfoy is wriggling around trying to escape.
Malfoy seems to have got his legs back now.
Smith with a couple of short strikes.

Smith postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Malfoy badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Smith around the waist but Smith pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Smith is the winner by TKO! Smith jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
