PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Marco Marshall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ed Bravo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marshall comes to the cage accompanied by Graduation Bitches. Ed Bravo acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marco Marshall!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ed Bravo!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Nard Betker and Patrick Alders.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marshall displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Bravo.
Bravo fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Marshall avoids it really well and circles away.
Marshall keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Marco Marshall has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ed Bravo.
Marshall throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Bravo dives in and grabs Marshall's left leg, looking for a takedown. Marshall pushes down on Bravo's head and hops out.
Bravo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Marshall tries to avoid it but Bravo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Marshall to the ground. Marshall escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Bravo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Marshall's waist but Marshall gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bravo off to one side.
Bravo dives in and grabs Marshall's left leg, looking for a takedown. Marshall pushes down on Bravo's head and hops out.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Marshall closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
