Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jack Raiden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kai Kasem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jack Raiden could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Kai Kasem's chin.

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shirou Masuda and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kasem throws a lazy right hand but Raiden sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Raiden throws a body punch but Kasem moves out of range.
Raiden misses with a few strikes there.

Kasem blocks a head kick by Raiden.
Kasem fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Raiden looks to land a combination. Kasem sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Raiden crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Kasem - the referee stops the clock and Raiden gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Kasem. Raiden manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Raiden looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Kasem with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Raiden seems to be looking for submissions.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Raiden is looking for a kimura but Kasem is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Raiden to get the leverage.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jack Raiden.
