Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Allu Kolli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hostrel Von Straztle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kolli tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Von Straztle paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Von Straztle drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Von Straztle is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Kolli escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Von Straztle gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Von Straztle drops back, looking for a kneebar! Kolli looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Kolli looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Kolli!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Von Straztle drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Kolli manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Von Straztle has Kolli in his guard.

Kolli has his foot on Von Straztle's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Von Straztle works his way back into a safe position though.

Despite being in the dominant position, Hostrel Von Straztle just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
