Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Suikka Salama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Kramer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Jim Kramer enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Suikka Salama!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Jim Kramer!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Daniel Bishop and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A decent looking cross lands there for Kramer.

Salama shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Kramer is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Despite being in the dominant position, Jim Kramer just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Kramer tries to lock up and control but Salama gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Salama fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Kramer wants to control but Salama is having none of it.
Salama postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Kramer looks a forlorn figure.
Kramer tries to reverse the position but Salama maintains control.

Salama has hold of Kramer's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Kramer manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Kramer holds on for dear life.

Salama goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Kramer is on top in guard.

Salama is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Kramer slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Kramer prevents Salama from getting back to his feet.
Kramer wants to control from the top but Salama keeps moving.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Kramer goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Suikka Salama will probably get the nod.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!


Kramer is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

and Kramer counters with a combination of strikes to the head and body that crumple Salama!

Salama pushes Kramer off looking to stand but Kramer dives back in and keeps control.

Kramer postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Salama to stand up.
The fighters circle momentarily. Kramer darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Kramer fails to land with a series of punches.
Salama dodges the punch combination from Kramer.
Salama shoots for a takedown but Kramer saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Kramer takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Kramer stuffs the takedown attempt from Salama. Salama gets slowly back to his feet.

Salama shoots in looking for a takedown. Kramer tries to sprawl out of it but Salama keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kramer manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Suikka Salama. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kramer will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
