Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Big D (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Candy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). D comes to the ring accompanied by Nine Inch Nails - The Great Destroyer. Candy has chosen For Whom the Bell Tolls as his entrance music. Big D could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to John Candy's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Big D!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, John Candy!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Dillan Fox and Trevor Gratis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
D drops his hands momentarily and Candy takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Horrible takedown by D or perhaps it was just good defense by Candy which made him look bad.
D shoots in and drives through. Candy sprawls well.
Candy defends well against a solid takedown attempt from D.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Big D. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Candy throws a right hand that D ducks under and follows up with a left that D also avoids with ease.
D tries to close the distance and clinch but Candy swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
D fails to land the takedown.

D clinches up against the ropes.
D tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Candy smiles and moves away.
D takes one to the side of the head.

It looks like Big D has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
D shoots in but no luck this time.
D shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Candy but Candy pushes him off and we're back to square one.
D is breathing heavily.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from D is defended easily by Candy.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Candy lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and D has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from D and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Candy wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Big D seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Candy drives through and clinches with D against the ropes.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Nice body punch from Candy - that landed with a thud.
D is working for takedown but Candy is calmly controlling the position for now.

Candy breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Nice uppercut there from Candy.

Candy cracks D with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Candy has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning D to stand back up!

D is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Are you kidding me?! Candy ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent D clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
