Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, boris the beast!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Adam Knutsson!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Aafke Stam and Paul Aken.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knutsson shoots in for a double leg but the beast sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
the beast looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

Knutsson drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Knutsson creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

Knutsson swings around for an armbar but the beast sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Knutsson's guard.

the beast seems to be working for a kimura but Knutsson defends the submission attempt.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Knutsson can do anything to dispel that myth.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Well Knutsson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
