Sucre has chosen Capital Punishment as his entrance music. Sasha Petrova could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Fernando Sucre's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Petrova drives through and clinches with Sucre against the cage.
Sucre tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Petrova smiles and moves away.

Petrova has closed the distance and engaged Sucre in a clinch.
Petrova has Sucre pushed against the cage.
Petrova lands a nice uppercut.
Sucre's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Sucre jumps guard but Petrova stands there with Sucre around his waist. Sucre gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Sucre fails to pull guard.
Sasha Petrova has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fernando Sucre.
Petrova lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Petrova stalls.
Petrova lands with a short head shot on the inside.

Sucre pulls guard.
Sucre looking for a sweep. Not yet Sucre, not yet.

Sucre had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Petrova defends it easily.
Petrova slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Petrova stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sucre swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Petrova has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Sucre can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Petrova controls the pace.

Sucre has his feet on Petrova's thighs here. He's pushed Petrova off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Petrova screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
