The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Lie will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
The Lie throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Bradshaw's head.
The Lie throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Bradshaw takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bradshaw.
The Lie misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Bradshaw shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. The Lie manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bradshaw changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. The Lie looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Bradshaw is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but The Lie is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
The Lie takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
The Lie pushes Bradshaw away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Bradshaw gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
The Lie really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bradshaw. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bradshaw lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. The Lie is looking to close the distance but Bradshaw sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! The Lie crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope The Lie is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
