Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hans Kruger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and JJ Pajis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kruger comes to the cage accompanied by American Idiot. Pajis comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Prodigy - Warrior's Dance kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Hans Kruger has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

JJ Pajis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Kruger looks to land a combination. Pajis sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Horrible takedown by Pajis or perhaps it was just good defense by Kruger which made him look bad.
Hans Kruger has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of JJ Pajis.

Pajis takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Pajis is defended easily by Kruger.

Kruger fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Pajis avoids it really well and circles away.
Kruger closes the distance and lands a one-two.

Pajis is rocked!
Kruger's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Kruger duly obliges.
Pajis is still on wobbly legs! Can Kruger finish him?

Kruger shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Pajis napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Kruger is working to tighten is grip on Pajis's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Pajis has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Kruger is really squeezing tight and eventually Pajis passes out! Kruger breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
